77718ac1ef Add support for loading typelibs from multiple directories and correctly tracking that in xpti.dat. Also speedup xpti.dat reading by getting rid of PR_sscanf. This fixes bug 104191 and bug 105042. r=ccarlen sr=jst.

7e0575bfee DOM string changes. All nsString& in DOM interfaces (and interfaces needed by DOM implementations) have been changed to nsAReadableString& and nsAWritableString&. String implementation additions (sanctioned by scc) to support DOM needs. Bug 49091. r=vidur,jst,scc

cc42ff3149 After a little more analysis, I think using 33 instead of 37 as the magic multiplier gives just as good a distribution, but is a little faster to compute.

56d5ad0b43 got rid of |NS_IMPL_ISUPPORTS|, where possible, in favor of |NS_IMPL_ISUPPORTS0| or ...1 according to the specific use; got rid of |NS_DEFINE_IID| where possible, or where it should have been |NS_DEFINE_CID|; fixed bad implementations of |QueryInterface|, where possible. Built, tested apprunner, reviewed the changes with hyatt (since he was around to look) before checking in
