Merge script principal implementations into one class.
Should reduce footprint, speed up calls to caps a little bit, and fixes several memory leaks.

f1e59f66a1 Reverted to having a cannonical namespace for schema and SOAP builtin types rather than maintaining two sets of each. For arrays with unspecified xsi:arrayType, the dimension is now 0.
