pinkerton	30ab6c79df	Backing out appearance manager changes because Apple won't be able to deliver an SDK that fits our needs and works with pre 8.5 systems. pinkerton	8d35afb70d	Beginnings of appearance manager support. Add AM classes to powerplant and make toolbars use either AM (through CAMSavvyBevelView) or old way if AM not present (for now, this may change).
