b94044a814 Fix for bug #56159 (Crash when sending after copy/paste with Spell Check enabled)

      - Make sure mSpellChecker is zeroed in Shutdown() just in case something went wrong.

    mozilla/editor/txtsvc/src/nsTextServicesDocument.cpp
      - Added checks to prevent iterating over a collapsed selection in FistSelectedBlock() and LastSelectedBlock().

2fc6190bef small but pervasive change to make nsIDOMSelection an xpidl interface. also broke it into 2 interfaces, nsISelection and nsISelectionPrivate. moved nsIDOMSelectionListener also to xpidl. these new idl files live in layout/base/public. r=sfraser, r=anthonyd bug 48575

bddacdd64c Fix for bug #26100 (Spellchecker goes into infinite loop.) 
- Modified DeleteNode() to increment nodeIndex to prevent
    an infinite while loop.
  - nsIContentIterator::Next() and Prev() now return NS_OK
    if you iterate past the end of the list. Modified all
    calls to Next() and Prev() so we can catch any errors.

a078d80c75 Fix for bug #6544: Cannot search on XML page

edba5add24 fix for 20457: deletion in editor pretty darn screwy. Lots of changes to improve this. Document modifying entry points in editor now go thru a standard sandwich, which allows tracking of what changed in the doc, which allows proper post-processing of what changed. Also, all deletions now go thru the rules code, if applicable. Also some bugs in tracking the changed document portion have been fixed. Finally selection setting after a delete is improved.

329d39ba11 massive checkin for selection. adjusting nsIDOMSelection api and nsIFrameSelection. many "small" changes. this is not as bad as it looks. layout will not be affected other than "getter" calls for selection. and all consumers of selection should be in good shape.
