08a452ecba Temporary hack to remove libpsmglue.so since cls's changes yesterday made it not built by default, and my changes today caused unresolved symbols in the old library. r=cls

5652546c52 Moved the handling of extensions into configure.in. 
Changed allmakefiles.sh to only generate Makefiles for extensions directories that are specified.
Added support for --with-extensions=none & --without-extensions
The following options have been superceded by --with-extensions:
   --disable-cookie-management
   --disable-client-wallet
   --disable-single-signon

If configured using --with-extensions or --with-extension=all, enable all of the non-default extensions rather than extension "yes" or "all".

e36ee8439e Conditionally adding PICS (extensions/pics/) to the unix build. Use --enable-pics with configure to turn it on and build it. Not called anywhere yet. Neeti is aware that I was doing this.
