9c84d46002 XUL/theme simplification changes - removing unnecessary boxes and re-writing large portions of the themes to use new -moz-border-colors and -moz-image-region css features. Also cleans up the classic skin quite a bit for both mac and win. 8db35965a8 r=dbaron, sr=dougt. 97667. nsIInterfaceRequestor is now frozen. nsIInterfaceRequestorUtils.h is now required if you want to use do_GetInterface() for convenience. The two were split because the stuff that is now in nsIInterfaceRequestorUtils.h wasn't ready for freezing. Also, .idl files should just contain interface defs anyway.

51b17b5bf0 Bug 88413: Remove |GetUnicode()| from nsString (and replace it with |get()|). r=dbaron, rs=scc. 
This removes all call-sites I can currently fix. Tomorrow I'll try to get someone to checkin my changes to security/ and I'll get some help with the Netscape side of things.

nsString::GetUnicode()'s final death-blow will be dealt soon. Please keep this in mind as you add new code :-)

5c5c39e4be Landing url parsing branch. 73845. r=alecf@netscape.com, sr=darin@netscape.com, a=blizzard@rednat.com. 
This fixes many crashes caused by illegal uses of the nsStdURL.
This also allows a plugable protocol to provide their own url parser.
