289f661b27 Bug 96228. Make nsContainerFrame::PositionFrameView position _only_ the frame's view (don't recur). Explicitly call nsContainerFrame::PositionChildViews as appropriate when moving a frame post-Reflow. Consolidate view positioning logic duplicated between PositionFrameView and SyncFrameViewAfterReflow, which now correctly computes offset for anonymous view in nsScrollFrame and accounts for scrolled views. r=kmcclusk,karnaze sr=attinasi

43c613727c Bug 55086. Change nsContainerFrame::PositionFrameView() to position child views. Eliminate the |aView| parameter from that method, because the view can be retrieved from the frame and need not be done by the caller. 96bf1bc30f Make LABEL act like an inline element rather than inline-block by removing lots of special (and not-well-tested) logic from nsLabelFrame and making it inherit from nsInlineFrame. This means LABEL will essentially always have 'display: inline', but it's hard to avoid that as long as form controls are implemented in frames rather than content. b=47149 r=rods sr=attinasi a=asa

ebbd7dca87 Disabling the auto radio seleciton and fixing a bug if it ever gets turned on 
The bug is that when printing you don't want to do the auto default selection stuff because
it ends up calling into the DOM and changing the radios on the page.

552bad8ac0 The update listener is not being ref counted correctly and then deleted instead of released ( Bug 92434) 
The method SetOptionSelected didn't check to see if there was an update timer so it could do the processing there instead.
