f82c3cdbe0 Reinstating the partial fix for bug 66938, the wiretap exploit, which was blown away by the XPCDOM landing. These capability prefs should prevent scripts in mail messages from reading any plaintext content in the message. r=jst,pollman, sr=mscott.
