Step 2: Modify existing files to stop pointing at old files and start pointing at new files.

2a5e84b4e0 Turn on nsHTTPFinalListener to fix various notification bugs, r=gagan. Make

fb74001790 Adding a new flag to the Win32 build system. Set DISABLE_TESTS=1 to skip 
building in the tests directories.  Should not affect the build at all if
you do not have this environment variable.  r=leaf.
