4f933a9713 changed the title of the title from Internet Appliance Application - Calendar Event to now be the actual title of the dialog (either New Event or Edit Event -- or calendar event by default). Removed the top two lines of the dialog, the first which had the title preiously, and the second was a tips line.

8fb3ebdd31 Checkin related to NSS 3.4 landing. Temporarily causing Unix depend builds to clean NSS, making those builds work. This 
patch will be removed shortly after landing. A similar patch for Windows is inside NSS.

412b45015d More streamline approach to discovering if there is at least one printer. 
And if the printer name is not set, then it gets the default printer and uses
that. instead.
This fixes remembering the last printer that was used and it also
enables you to to set the printer name and print silently (instead of silent
always having to use the default printer)

686d81fb26 Fix for bug 117055: Emails were being truncated if they contained a line with nothing but a period on them. We now pass -i to 
sendmail and its clones to tell it to ignore periods (since we close the pipe when we're done, rather than signalling it with
a period).  Has been tested with sendmail and postfix.

d7d46c347b Fix memory leak in hash table keys. Hash tables stay around forever. 
keys go into and out of the table. the old code allocated the keys from
the hash table's arena, so they would grow without bounds. Now the keys
are allocated from the heap, and get freed when they are expunged from the
table.

bab3530e7f Bugzilla bug 119340: write the "selfserv: received SIGTERM" message to 
standard output (fd 1) instead of standard error (fd 2) because the test
script writes its output to standard output (with the echo command).
