a92c7d003d Bug #355064 --> thunderbird's inline spell checker should use InlineSpellCheckUI instead of the older InlineSpellCheck interface. No one is now using editorInlineSpellCheck.js so remove it from the tree.

e682db4e9a bug #357321 --> don't blindly trust address book recipients when loading remote content. Make the user explicitly mark each sender as allowing remote content. 
Remove the UI for enabling JS. Remove the now obsolete UI for white listing address book entries. sr=bienvenu

dcebe210ac Bug #353906 --> modernize mail's registry code, implementing toolkit's nsIShellService, separating it out from the MAPI implementation. We now have a new default client dialog, and new options UI. 
this work is a precursor for vista integration
