118647 - Memory leak of 52 bytes from 1 block allocated in nsOutlinerBodyFrame::CheckVerticalOverflow
118660 - left arrow no longer moves to parent category
119751 - Branches are open by default and then closed after launch.

- outermost <outlinerchildren> has "-moz-box-flex: 1" by default
  and it actaully replaced <outlinerbody>
- all event handlers moved on <outliner>
- content builder, outliner builder and content view use <outliner> as root
  element
- nsIBoxObject has a new attribute "element"
- all CSS rules outlinerbody:foo replaced with outlinerchildren:foo
- drop feedback is now skinable

8174569821 Fix for 116739. Many assertions when moving over the blank area of outliners. 
Fix for 118632. file picker can display all column arrows.

- getCellAt() now checks for correct mouse coordinates and sets row value
  to -1 for invalid coordinates.
- added bail out checks to all callers.

9c84d46002 XUL/theme simplification changes - removing unnecessary boxes and re-writing large portions of the themes to use new -moz-border-colors and -moz-image-region css features. Also cleans up the classic skin quite a bit for both mac and win. faa784e099 Add support to the autocomplete widget, interfaces, and LDAP autocomplete session for returning "failure items" which allow the user to select an error entry and have it fire an arbitrary command, rather than actually filling in the text of the item. 1e4b9afa30 Bug 92135: shows source of autocomplete items in the mail compose window using icons in the dropdown (default match, local addressbook, remote addressbook). Allows (via hidden pref; off by default) for more sophisticated info about each address -- specific addrbook name, or random ldap attribute, like department). Also fixes minor LDAP autocomplete i18n regression introduced post 0.9.3 and found while testing. r=sspitzer; sr=hewitt; a=asa
