08e9d026e0 Fixing bug 124412. Making nsXULDocument inherit nsXMLDocument to avoid the need to duplicate a large amount of code in nsXULDocument. Also removing nsMarkupDocument and nsIDOMEventCapturer that are no longer needed. 161f586d22 Bug 77834: Fix problem where form control state is being restored to the wrong form control or not restored at all when going back and forth through session history. The problem was that the hash key we used was the content ID, which was not consistent from page load to page load. 7788ebd4ed Bugs 67887, 67893, 67882, 68185, 73160, 77923. Added support for XHTML base href and target attributes, meta http-equiv and link href. Fixed the blank page bug when xml-stylesheet PI did not contain href attribute. Fixed getElementById() to not match XHTML name attribute. This fix also includes some minor cleanup. r=nisheeth, sr=vidur.
