7e0575bfee DOM string changes. All nsString& in DOM interfaces (and interfaces needed by DOM implementations) have been changed to nsAReadableString& and nsAWritableString&. String implementation additions (sanctioned by scc) to support DOM needs. Bug 49091. r=vidur,jst,scc

c1252cc4a3 Making nsDOMAttributeMap a 'live' NamedNodeMap, removed the hashtable for the attributes since a) it caused the none-liveness and b) it was overkill, the number of attributes is usually so low so having a hashtable for them doesn't help much.

d9ba7b42e8 Fix for bug #16701: Editor API Log playback of Insert HRule crashes in DOM code 
and     bug #16848: DOM Crash
  - Removed extra NS_RELEASE(attrPrivate) call that was releasing
    attrPrivate one too many times, and causing nsDOMAttributeMap::SetNamedItem() to crash.
