wtc%netscape.com e0706addca In vr_stubs.h, define EMFILE and include <string.h> and (mac only) 
"macstdlibextras.h", so that these are shared by reg.c, VerReg.c,
and vr_stubs.c.  In reg.c, simplified the definition of MAX_PATH.
