<P>When in IAS mode, Account Setup displays this screen if it can't establish a connection with the Internet account server, or if the user exits from the Internet account server without creating an account.</P>

<P>When in NCI mode, Account Setup displays this screen if it can't establish a connection with the user's account.</P>

<P>As shown in the <B>Expose Layer</B> pop-up menu in the Toolbar, this screen displays a different text layer depending on Account Setup's mode.</P>
