Added in my new reflow code with an ifdef so I can work on it and fix other bugs fixed the checking of return codes for getHTMLAttr removed ShouldScrollFrameIntoView, the presshell can now do this. also commented out the call to Position the Dropdown r=dcone b=24292 git-svn-id: svn://10.0.0.236/trunk@59073 18797224-902f-48f8-a5cc-f745e15eee43
