Encapsulate the differences between tables, and the quirks/strict differences within the id and class tables, in the 6 sets of hashtable ops. Remove mCaseSensitive member and related code from AtomKey and remove nsInt32Key completely. Null-terminate lists of RuleValues rather than using a special mEndValue, and build the lists in the reverse order (reversing the meaning of their index).
