justdave%syndicomm.com adad77d4a7 Fix for bug 140633: Template Toolkit bug causes directory "datatemplate" to be created in the Bugzilla root directory instead

of creating "template" within the "data" directory.  Adding a trailing slash to the compile directory name to work around it.
