Quick fix for bug #36844. Since people kept forgetting to wrap SHARED_LIBRARY_LIBS inside MKSHLIB_FORCE_ALL & MKSHLIB_UNFORCE_ALL pairs, we now handle it in rules.mk. Same goes for making $(SHARED_LIBRARY) dependent upon $(SHARED_LIBRARY_LIBS). git-svn-id: svn://10.0.0.236/trunk@66931 18797224-902f-48f8-a5cc-f745e15eee43
