- add a separator above 'Add Engine' and capitalize 'engine'.
- make the search bar a true xbl widget in preparation for other enhancements, all searchbar resources (css+locales) are now in searchbar specific files.
- the dragdrop listener was not removed.
- bug 256682: ctrl-down (selects next engine) regression
- bug 253015: focus (and eventually selects) the text box when an engine is selected
- remove wallpapering when the engine persisted in the localstore is not in the engine datasource. We now fall back to the default engine.
- discriminate the google.com query form history and the search bar one.
- cleanup after the find in page removal (|__PhoenixFindInPage|).
