XMLterm changes only.
Fixed xmlterm bustage due to build and nsIContentHandler changes (bug 91815).
Also modified xmlterm to handle terminal: protocol rather than telnet:,
to avoid conflict with telnet implementations (such as protozilla).

Replace chrome:: target with install::. Using chrome:: was causing |make -j3 install| builds to fail to execute the chrome:: target due to a suspected bug in gnu make. (|make MAKE='make -j3' install| works fine.)
