sspitzer%mozilla.org 81cce5aa95 fix for bug #355475: remove moz-bookmark protocol handler (which isn't being built) ...

this code has been disabled since it landed (in 12/2003) and it keeps showing up when bz does security audits (due to issues with the implementation), so removing.

Makefile.in

Don't build the old bookmarks implementation if MOZ_PLACES is enabled. We still export the interface headers for now since not everything is converted over. Bug 320482, r=brettw.
