hyatt%netscape.com 4a9b61d598 Phase 1 of the XP menu landing. Massaging the native menu syntax to make
it interoperable with the XP menu syntax.

Specific changes:
  (a) separator has been renamed to menuseparator
  (b) onclick has been renamed to onaction
  (c) name has been renamed to value
