bug #7032 Changed nsIWidget::Resize(...), nsIWidget::Move(...) to ...
use PRInt32 instead of PRUInt32. Modified Mac, and Linux to match.
bug #2010 Applied David Barrons patch for MakeSide ins CSSRendering.
nsIWidget - removed GetAbsoluteBounds - Not needed. Can use WidgetToScreen instead.
