r=dbaron, sr=dougt. 97667. nsIInterfaceRequestor is now frozen. nsIInterfaceRequestorUtils.h is now required if you want to use do_GetInterface() for convenience. The two were split because the stuff that is now in nsIInterfaceRequestorUtils.h wasn't ready for freezing. Also, .idl files should just contain interface defs anyway.

Make it possible to call send() again in onload without crashing. Send load event only after everything done (was sent too early if XML errors). Fix for bug 98597. The event held onto from the document's load handler was bogus by the time we sent it to the XMLHttpRequest's event listeners (DOM events have members that are stack-based and, despite being reference-counted objects, should not be held across a call. Instead we create a new event of our own for the XMLHttpRequest load. r=heikki, sr=jst
