bug 281414 - Rename nsIPrefBranchInternal to nsIPrefBranch2 in preparation for freezing. r+sr=darin I will also do a mostly-global search-and-replace of code in our tree.

Makefile.in

Set MODULE in makefiles at the top of a heirarchy so that module-deps lists are more precise and builds will have the proper order if some subdirs contain other modules.
