Some more find toolbar fixes (space bar scrolls page, cross-page highlighting is busted, first char when toolbar is open and FAYT is on just focuses field), and bugs 171303, 213377, 227742, 242844. Also some assorted polish (remove Mail & News submenu, fix bug that mousing over mail toolbar button changes label of mail menu, remove New Livemark bookmark manager button, ensure that a radio button is selected when the import wizard is opened.)
