scott%scott-macgregor.org d5dc068f31 Change a MOZ_PHOENIX ifdef to a MOZ_XUL_APP ifdef in order to enable preprocessing for thunderbird 
builds as well as firebird.

Has no impact on the regular seamonkey build.
