shaver%mozilla.org 5ab4df1ae9 Make the subscript-loading properly detect the installation directory
of the components, so that we work in Lightning as well as Sunbird.  (Had
this in my other tree for ages, *blush*.)

Properly navigate the prototype chain to find the shadowed QI, rather than
just recurring infinitely on ourselves.

Tested in sunbird and lightning, NPOTB, r=dmose.
