Bug 55086. Change nsContainerFrame::PositionFrameView() to position child views. Eliminate the |aView| parameter from that method, because the view can be retrieved from the frame and need not be done by the caller. r=dbaron, sr=dougt. 97667. nsIInterfaceRequestor is now frozen. nsIInterfaceRequestorUtils.h is now required if you want to use do_GetInterface() for convenience. The two were split because the stuff that is now in nsIInterfaceRequestorUtils.h wasn't ready for freezing. Also, .idl files should just contain interface defs anyway.
