kin%netscape.com c853bf4c4b Fix for bug 96455: hr has duplicate lineboxes in frame tree

- Move code in HaveFirstLetter*() methods to a more generic method
    HasPseudoStyle() to expand it's use, and make those methods call it.

  - Added static method RemoveGeneratedContentFrameSiblings(), which
    is now called from ContentRemoved(), to remove any sibling :before
    and :after frames for a given frame.

Bug 77834: Fix problem where form control state is being restored to the wrong form control or not restored at all when going back and forth through session history. The problem was that the hash key we used was the content ID, which was not consistent from page load to page load.
