Fixing bug 257191. Adding NPN_InvokeDefault() and renaming NPN_Call() to NPN_Invoke() in the npruntime plugin scriptability API. Also fix a problem with property getters on plugin objects. r+sr=brendan@mozilla.org, a=asa@mozilla.org
