dmose%mozilla.org 1ffa061258 made bindname an attribute of nsILDAPConnection. folded all remaining code from ldapSearch.cpp into various parts of nsLDAPChannel in preparation for pushing threading down out of nsLDAPChannel and into the core SDK wrapper classes (nsILDAP{Connection,Operation,Message}). added an (as-yet unimplemented) toString method to nsILDAPMessage; some of the code in nsLDAPChannel should eventually move there. a=r=(notbuilt) ...
