Thanks for reviews and testing by zach.

- added new atom "dragSession"
- renamed atom "drop" to "dropOn"
- added new pseudo class -moz-outliner-drop-feedback
- added new paint method PaintDropFeedback()
- drop feedback in between rows is now painted at the same position for both orientations.
