ian%hixie.ch a2fa958ceb Better Unload handling for modules that need it. Introduce a way for modules to monitor pipes continuously (e.g. to watch the serial port or a socket). Better handling for when messages are repeated a lot in a row. Update documentation and modules to match.

This is the source code for "mozbot", the IRC bot who hangs out in the
#mozilla channel at irc.mozilla.org.
