Code written by Kathy Brady and tested by Yours Truly.  Now,
NotifyOfInsertion() has a new parameter, telling it whether the
paste/drop/InsertHTML event will require the editor to delete the current
selection (e.g. for a Paste) or not (e.g. for a Drop).
