fur%netscape.com e655606d45 Checkpoint JS1.4 from JS_STABLE_10131998_BRANCH. Changes include:
+ merging of js/src and js/ref
 + elimination of most dependencies on NSPR
 + JS1.4 feature additions and accumulated bug fixes
