a new profile.

Fix: 1) Escape the initialization parameters.
     2) Rebuild the Token iterator when new tokens are added to the trust domain.

NSS only copies dbm32.lib to dbm.lib during the 'install' phase so do the copying from PSM during the 'libs' phase instead.
