Modified nsBlockFrame::ReflowDirtyLines() so that it
removes any floaters on it's continuing frames list,
if they are on lines that are being pulled up.

Also don't bother checking return values from PBRead/WriteAsync, since they never fail, but do check the return value of the PBReadSync call.
