c063c991bb - Update classpath entries; JAXP-parsers is already included by Ant 
- Update hardcoded entries to use params so it's easier to rebuild on other systems
- Copy /etc files into distro so downloaders can rebuild
- Update version number for possible 1.1 release

5addd1f72d Copy the javadocs for the components so that the website docs and the 
distribution docs can consistently link to them.

b5294ccd64 Copyright "Apache Software Foundation" rather than just "Apache". 
Copyright date 2003.
Rename "javadocs" to "apidocs".
Copy the docs that forrest built, into the distribution.
