6b05f3eb53 Plugins web sites and rooy for master web site are in different subdirs. 
If we do an rsync on the parent-site, we don't update all the others plugins

f2c1e333b5 Use 3 different stage sites to deploy the maven site, the top level plugins site and each plugin site. 
Without that when you do rsync on the maven site, you also update/overwrite the web site of each plugin.
