a12be01ffa Now supports failing the build on error if you set the new <code>maven.linkcheck.failonerror</code> property to <code>true</code>.

2f79ac3020 o remove the use of maven.xdoc.version, the new maven:property tag is being 
used within the xdoc plugin to create a default value from the POM if one
  isn't supplied.

582557428b Now checks the StatusLine object which will be null if the validation failed badly. 
This prevents an unexpected NPE when checking the status code.

8c83124f3e o Now follow 302 redirects (one level only) 
o Cleaned up logging a little bit and added more logging
o Doesn't address the MacOSX bug (test failure bug), but the logging increase might help

69f7a52cc1 Upgrade to a new release of Jelly that allows us to change the parent context of 
a JellyContext.

We will need this for the changes to PluginManager
