14d371108c MPECLIPSE-127 : Split settings for wtp 0.7 and wtp 1.5. Add the project facet configuration required by wtp 1.5 (with hardcoded value temporarly)

458a776b32 Fix test on windows which didn't work because ${mOneDotOnePath}=c:\XXX\YYY\ZZZ\maven-1.1-RC1-20061029/lib/maven.jar and in the .classpath we have something like c:\XXX\YYY\ZZZ\maven-1.1-RC1-20061029\lib\maven.jar
