MAVEN-1755 : Backward Incompability : Usage of xml entities in the POM doesn't work in maven 1.1 beta 1 & 2
...
Upgrade to a maven-model 3.0.2 SNAPSHOT which allow us to read the POM from an URL with DOM4J
It fixes the problem of relative entities. We have to check if it doesn't reduce significantly performances.

Fix plugin tests, they were not even executed before. Remove test03 which is duplicated by test04. Speed up the testing by skipping the reports (should be done in the site plugin).

Item name is always displayed even if img attribute is setted. In the navigation file the new attribute 'hideName' can be used to hide the name in the link (if you want to display only the image for example).
...
An image can be used in the menu entry for a report.
