12d6473f9e begin 1.4-SNAPSHOT 
If a report isn't generated the plugin fails trying to replace entities in a not existing file.

2352c073fa Simplify POMS. Move environment dependent settings (sandbox or not) to the plugins-parent POM. It help us to move a plugin to/from the sandbox without to change its POM.

1ad47e9de1 Dependencies locally overrode can't be resolved in the generated POM 
This setting must be kept in the plugin
Versions overriding are resolved thus they are defined in the parent project

21859abfd5 Rename the plugin-parent project to plugins-parent to be more consistent with plugins-site. It's the parent of all plugins.

59fb5043e7 PR: MPJIRA-17 
Plugin uses deprecated API to retrieve JIRA issues.
Rename properties that were deprecated in JIRA 3.3.
Now requires at least JIRA 3.3.

a8d71f4ad9 MPJIRA-4 <issueTrackingUrl> must contain an "id" attribute 
Fixed by downloading the project page and extracting a project id from it
