Removed the need to set up a <code>JAVAWS_HOME</code> property. This is now automatically inferred from <code>${java.home}</code> and defaults to <code>${java.home}/javaws</code>. You can override this value by setting the <code>maven.abbot.webstart.home</code> property.

Added new <code>maven.abbot.extrajars</code> property that can be used to specify extra jars to be added to the executing classpath. For example, this is useful to add custom Abbot tester classes.
