4bca00dce4 remove log4j again - back to original POM. 
Checkstyle should not care about log4j, it never uses it directly.

366a3505bc reverted changes, added log4j as it is the only way to get classloaders to play nice

d30c4af1cf all must be in same classloader - but not needed to be in root. 
Beanutils in root causes issues.

406cf79837 dependencies don't need to go on root classloader, as they are explicitly referenced in the plugin.jelly. 
This was breaking the 1.0 branch.

5ca66c564b - Upgraded to support Checkstyle 3.1 and bumped version to 2.0-SNAPSHOT

f29424087c o Resolving all snapshots in plugins 
o Bumping all plugin version to release status
o Validated all plugins to make sure all snapshots were removed.

  I had to manually insert the versions for:

  1) ashkelon
  2) commons-dbcp

  Not sure how either of these got up there without the timestamp
  mapping.
