bf464e28f7 Remove old nav (current etc) as it was confusing people.

16b15988ec Apply Neil Crow patch. 
Added manifest Class-Path, specified by setting property jar.manifest.classpath on dependency artifacts in project.xml.

53f89aa9e1 Extensions appear to break tomcat (I guess it is extension aware. We'll disable it using a property 
by default.  Most people wouldn't be using it)

f29424087c o Resolving all snapshots in plugins 
o Bumping all plugin version to release status
o Validated all plugins to make sure all snapshots were removed.

  I had to manually insert the versions for:

  1) ashkelon
  2) commons-dbcp

  Not sure how either of these got up there without the timestamp
  mapping.
