aheritier 2fdfea306f Upgrade to pmd 3.5. 
The 'printToConsole' ant task attribute has been deprecated.  Please use the 'toConsole' attribute of the 'formatter' element instead.

aheritier 2352c073fa Simplify POMS. Move environment dependent settings (sandbox or not) to the plugins-parent POM. It help us to move a plugin to/from the sandbox without to change its POM.

aheritier 21859abfd5 Rename the plugin-parent project to plugins-parent to be more consistent with plugins-site. It's the parent of all plugins.

aheritier af140c09af Change the test to see if the jxr plugin is used. The previous one worked only if the jxr plugin wass called before the pmd report.

aheritier b68b6a0bc3 Use properties maven.jxr.destdir and maven.jxr.destdir.test to generate links from the PMD report to jxr files. 
Fix NullPointerException if pom.build.sourceDirectory or pom.build.unitTestSourceDirectory are not defined.

vmassol 962e20d464 - remove unneeded properties (they are inherited from top level project.properties) 
- added <version> tag for 1.4-snapshot dev
- removed ann files (they can now be generated by the announcement plugin)
- added missing download in navigation
- other cosmetic changes
